Google reCAPTCHA is a security service designed to protect websites from spam and abuse by ensuring that interactions are performed by humans, not bots. Integrating reCAPTCHA with your JDoodle.ai projects helps secure user forms and interactions.

Integrating Google reCAPTCHA with JDoodle.ai allows you to:

Integrating Google reCAPTCHA

Retrieve Your reCAPTCHA Keys

• Visit Google reCaptcha in your browser.
• Log in with your Google account.
• Register your site by providing a label, selecting the reCAPTCHA type (v2 or v3), and entering your domain names.
• Accept the reCAPTCHA Terms of Service and click Submit.
• Copy your Site Key and Secret Key from the resulting page.

Add the reCAPTCHA Keys to Your JDoodle.ai Project

• Log in to your JDoodle.ai account and open your project.
• If you’ve asked JDoodle.ai to integrate Google reCAPTCHA into your project — for example, to secure a contact form or signup page — JDoodle.ai will automatically add the required fields to the Secrets tab.
• Go to the Secrets tab located at the top of your project dashboard.
• You’ll see the following fields:
  • RECAPTCHA_SITE_KEY
  • RECAPTCHA_SECRET_KEY
• Replace the dummy values in these fields with your actual keys from your Google reCAPTCHA account.
• Click the Save icon in the top-right corner to apply the changes.
• Once saved, refresh your project to activate the integration and protect your forms from spam and abuse.
