Payments and pricing
JDoodle processes payments securely using Stripe. Payments are made with credit or debit cards. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan.
- After each transaction, receipts and invoices are automatically emailed to your registered address.

Update/cancel subscription
To update or cancel your plan, go to the Plans and Payments section and click Manage Plans and Billings. From there, you can:
- Upgrade to a higher plan (you will be charged the difference immediately and then billed at the new rate).
- Downgrade to a lower plan (the new price will take effect starting from the next billing cycle).
- Cancel your plan, with the subscription remaining active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund policy
We do not offer any refunds. However, you can make a request if you think you were charged wrongly.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you are deemed eligible, the refund process typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
